CareerFinders, on behalf of a client, a dynamic and long-established Law Firm, is seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer to join their growing Technology, Regulatory and IP department based in Nicosia. As an Associate Lawyer, you will primarily be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, IT services, technology transfer, research and development, distribution, and confidentiality agreements. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are qualified members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will need to possess approximately 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Technology, Commercial, European Regulatory or IP Law, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. The successful applicant will need to have good understanding of European digital regulatory frameworks and regulated technology sectors.
