Our client, an award-winning global Contract for Difference (CFD) and FX Broker regulated by multiple authorities including CySEC, is seeking Client Support Representatives to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful applicants will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, handling inquiries reactively and proactively finding solutions. While prior experience in Customer Service or Financial Institutions is preferred, it is not essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required, as well as fluency in either German and/or Portuguese. This dynamic role requires a willingness and ability to work morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis, with flexibility to cover weekends and Cyprus public holidays on a rotational schedule. Shifts are 08:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00.
