CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, a regulated Investment Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Client Support Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing high-quality and best-in-class service to clients via telephone, email and live chat. Prior customer service experience in the Financial Service sector is desirable but not essential. Fluency in verbal and written English is required, with knowledge of Polish, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese considered a significant advantage. This position involves rotational shift patterns (08:00 - 16:00 & 15:00 - 23:00).
