CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, an established Law Firm with offices in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. The successful applicant will handle a range of tasks, including the preparation, review, and execution of various secretarial services and documents for companies. This will involve drafting minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates, and specific Powers of Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law, be a qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association, and possess approximately 2+ years of experience in Corporate Law, along with excellent practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation required by the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is offered based on skills and experience. Working hours are from 08:00 or 09:00 until 17:00 or 18:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 to 14:00 each Friday.
