CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, an established independent investment firm offering unbiased and intelligent investment strategies, is seeking a Head of Compliance & AMLCO to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, international environment, playing a crucial role in strengthening and overseeing the compliance, AML/CFT, and governance framework for the Group's Cyprus AIFM, while also supporting broader Group compliance initiatives across various jurisdictions. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience in compliance and AML functions within the fund management, asset management, wealth management, or financial services industry, along with mandatory CySEC AML & Advanced certifications. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Greek and/or Russian is an advantage. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is offered, commensurate with skills and experience.
