This role involves leading and overseeing the company's HR strategy, people operations, and employee experience. The Head of HR & Recruitment will provide strategic leadership across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organisational culture, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant field and possess a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR leadership role within the shipping sector.
