CareerFinders, on behalf of an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) with significant investments in the Shipping sector, is seeking an In-House Lawyer to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful candidate will handle a range of legal duties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements. This role also involves developing, implementing, and managing legal policies, procedures, and documents. The client is looking for a professional with a law degree and up to 5 years of relevant corporate law experience. Experience with CySEC AML and/or Advanced certification, as well as prior shipping experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal department, will be considered an advantage.
