Our client, an established Law Firm offering legal services with a focus on the fintech industry, corporate law, and compliance, is seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will handle a range of legal duties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate, commercial, and contractual agreements. This role also involves liaising with clients, banks, payment service providers, and other third parties on corporate and compliance matters. Applicants should have a degree in Law, be full members of the Cyprus Bar Association, and possess approximately 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Law Firm, Corporate Service Provider, or Fintech company. Fluency in both Greek and English is essential. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is offered, with working hours from 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.
