About the Role
The INEX team (PRX) is hiring a Junior Foreman to join our construction team in Paphos — a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in construction to gain practical on-site experience and grow into a Foreman role. Students and recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site team
- English or Russian required; Greek is a plus
- Previous experience as a Foreman is not required
