This role involves comprehensive legal work related to property, including drafting and reviewing various contracts, managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, governmental authorities, and financial institutions, as well as handle submissions through governmental portals. You will also manage correspondence, maintain meticulous records, and prepare essential corporate documents for compliance departments. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to group compliance procedures, including KYC and due diligence, are key aspects of this role. The position also involves drafting corporate documents, organizing their execution and legalization, and working closely with the Registrar of Companies.
