On behalf of our client, an established FMCG company with a portfolio of premium brands, we are seeking a Retail Sales Team Leader. Reporting to the Retail Sales Director, the successful applicant will lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Promoters to achieve commercial targets across Limassol and Paphos. This role involves working closely with retail partners to drive sales performance and execution. The position requires being onsite in Larnaca one day per week, with the remainder of the week spent travelling between clients in Limassol and Paphos.
