Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or communications

Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering successful campaigns

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and strategies

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong leadership skills with ability to guide and mentor team members

Resilience under pressure and adaptability in fast-paced environment

Experience with integrated campaign planning and execution
