CareerFinders is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a specialist Research & Development company with expanding operations in Cyprus. The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, from requirements definition and planning through execution, delivery, and successful handover within the customer’s environment. This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, defining project scope and objectives, and driving execution across a matrix organization including R&D, Product Management, and QA. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and technical specifications, while also managing delivery risks and communicating progress to stakeholders and customers.
