About the Role
This role is focused on developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive measurable business objectives across multiple digital platforms. You will need to be an excellent creative strategist who gets enjoyment from building communities and creating authentic brand voices that spark engagement. This role involves office-based work with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and creative development.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest) and their best uses
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns (both organic and paid)
- Experience with analytics tools and social advertising platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Creative thinking and keen eye for design and digital storytelling
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience with Meta Business Manager tasks including user permissions and account settings
- Ability to monitor social conversations and respond in timely, brand-appropriate manner
- Knowledge of social media trends, tools and best practices
