About the Role
CareerFinders is seeking multiple ACA/ACCA Trainees to join an established provider of Audit, Accounting, and Tax-related services in Larnaca. As a trainee, you will be actively involved in various stages of the audit process, working under the guidance of experienced auditors. The ideal candidates will possess a university degree in a relevant field and demonstrate a strong desire to pursue a career in audit while committing to obtaining a professional qualification. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential for this role. A competitive remuneration package, including a 13th salary, Provident Fund, bonus scheme, and flexible working hours, is offered.
Responsibilities
- Active involvement in various stages of the audit process as a team member
- Utilizing Caseware International audit tool for conducting audits under ISA
- Preparation of financial statements under IFRS using Caseware software
- Compilation of tax computations
- Regular reporting to management on audit status and progress
Requirements
- University degree in any field with a minimum grade (e.g., 7.5/10 for Cypriot/Greek Universities, 2:1 for UK Universities)
- Keen to pursue a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of both English and Greek languages
- Demonstrated ambition and commitment to a professional accounting career
- Professional discipline and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong client and business development skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
