• •Candidates: Name, email, phone, CV (skills/exp), AI scores stored securely in our backend (used for job matching only). Skills assessment answers and integrity flags.
• •Employers: Company info, Stripe payments, job posts (logo/branding/description). VAT numbers are collected solely for invoicing and accounting purposes and are never displayed publicly on the platform.
• •CV Bank: Candidates who opt in provide name, email, phone, job title, headline, location, industry, availability, and CV file. Up to 2 profiles per user.
• •Tech: IP, cookies (opt-out). No health/politics data.

Stripe/processors only (contracts). Employers with CV Bank access see opt-in candidate profiles within their purchased category. EU data or protected.

Access / fix / delete / export / block — 30 days response. Tax records kept 7 yrs min. CV Bank profiles can be deleted or hidden anytime from your dashboard.

• •CV Bank profiles: 1 year from upload, then permanently deleted automatically
• •Billing: 7 yrs (Cyprus tax)

Our Exam Practice feature generates AI-powered mock tests for study purposes only. Practice questions, scores, and feedback are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from any official examination body, employer, or certification authority. Data from practice sessions (answers, scores, attempt history) is stored for your personal progress tracking and is not shared with employers or third parties.

Kyprium uses essential browser storage to keep the platform secure and remember your choices. Optional analytics cookies are loaded only after you give consent, and you can choose “Only necessary” at any time. Encrypted; breach reports fast.

When you apply for a job through Kyprium, your CV, cover letter and skill-test answers are processed by an AI system to produce a 0–100 fit score and a category breakdown (Experience Relevance, Skills Match, Education Fit, Cyprus Location, Job Keywords, Language). This score is shown only to the employer and is used as a recommendation tool — not as an automated hiring decision.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps to enter into a contract at your request) and our legitimate interest in efficient candidate review.
• Recipients: the specific employer who posted the job; Kyprium operations team for system monitoring and audit logs.
• Retention: AI scoring events and breakdowns are kept for the duration of the application + 6 months (extended to up to 10 years where required for AI Act high-risk-system traceability under Art. 19). CV files are deleted on request or when your account is closed.
• No prohibited AI: we do not perform emotion recognition, biometric identification, social scoring, or personality profiling.
• Your rights: in addition to all GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection), you may (a) ask whether you were AI-scored, (b) request the meaning and breakdown of your score, (c) contest the result, and (d) request a human-only review. Email info@kyprium.com.
• International transfers: AI inference may be processed by EU and US-based model providers under SCCs and equivalent safeguards.
