About the Role

Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: record, organize and file financial transactions for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
• Reconciliations & Admin: perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Invoicing: issue sales invoices and official receipts.
• Tax & Compliance: prepare and submit Tax, Social Insurance (SIC) and VAT registration forms.
• Reporting: prepare VAT and VIES returns.
• Payroll: prepare monthly payroll calculations and documentation for clients.
• Client Relations: handle ongoing communication and correspondence with clients on accounting and administrative matters.
• Ad-hoc duties: perform any other related professional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven working experience in a similar accounting position.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (verbal and written) is essential. Knowledge of Russian is a significant advantage.
• Strong IT literacy with advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of BTMS accounting software is considered a strong asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
