About the Role
Our client is a well-established investment firm looking for an Arabic-speaking Retention Officer to join their team in Limassol. This role involves managing client relationships across multiple language markets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, offering support, promoting company products, and educating clients on product use and trading strategies. The position also requires conducting regular meetings and maintaining high standards of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation, along with cross-selling additional services to optimize client portfolios.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience in retention or customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Background in Economics or Finance is a plus.
