CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, a well-established and respected financial services consulting group in Cyprus, is seeking an Assistant Consultant to join their growing regulatory compliance teams. The successful candidate can be based in either Nicosia or Limassol. This role primarily involves drafting, reviewing, and updating manuals, policies, processes, and procedures for investment firms. Additionally, the consultant will perform regular monitoring by following a Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure adherence to compliance standards and obligations. Candidates should have an academic background in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or a related discipline, with 1-2+ years of experience in a corporate or financial services environment being a significant advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are essential.
