About the Role
A growing professional services firm in Larnaca is looking to recruit an Auditor to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will plan and execute audit engagements from planning through completion, review financial statements, and contribute to tax and advisory projects within a supportive professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients with an allocated audit fee budget
- Plan and execute audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Contribute to tax consulting and advisory assignments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor project budgets, deadlines, and deliverables
- Stay up to date with developments in accounting, auditing, and tax legislation
- Support the continuous improvement of internal methodologies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA or ACA) or partly qualified
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the audit sector
- Strong audit and assurance skills including planning, risk assessment, and execution
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Excellent command of both English and Greek languages
- Proficiency in CaseWare software
