Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Deliver engaging software demonstrations and tailored business solutions
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience
- Represent BigChange Cyprus at business events, networking opportunities and industry exhibitions
- Drive sales performance and achieve agreed sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B Sales (Software, SaaS or IT solutions preferred)
- Ability to understand customer business needs and present tailored software solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
- Experience with CRM systems or SaaS solutions will be considered an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Cyprus
