The Island Private School in Limassol is seeking an experienced, dynamic, student-centred IB DP Business Management Teacher to join our growing international faculty. Working conditions: 19 classes per week, 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00 depending on schedule. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, comprehensive Business Management lessons aligned to the IB DP curriculum
- Design and administer assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to IB DP curriculum development, unit planning and resource creation
- Provide academic and career guidance to Business Management students
- Collaborate across departments to create cross-curricular opportunities
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom that fosters critical thinking
- Engage in continuous professional development
- Encourage student participation in related extracurricular activities and competitions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or a related field (Master's preferred), recognised by KY.S.A.T.S.
- Teaching certification and qualification to teach IB Diploma Programme courses
- Demonstrated experience teaching Business Management at DP level
- Deep knowledge of IB DP curriculum, assessment and philosophy
- Minimum 3 years' teaching experience; IB MYP and/or DP experience desirable
- Fluent English and excellent classroom management
- Ability to pass a background check
- Russian, Ukrainian or Hebrew and private school experience are a bonus
