About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established company based in Nicosia and are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This role involves analyzing and verifying requirements, documenting specifications, providing user training, and leading automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will also perform routine software testing and quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and verify requirements provided by stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts
- Ensure that business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications are documented clearly and accurately
- Provide training to users
- Identify opportunities to automate data management processes and lead the implementation of relevant automation initiatives
- Perform routine testing of software implementations and carry out quality assurance activities
Requirements
- University degree in an Information Technology-related field
- Minimum five years of experience on software projects
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques
- Knowledge of the complete product development lifecycle (requirements gathering to post-release)
- Relevant technical experience in data processing and data design
- Knowledge of application delivery processes and business assessment
- Knowledge of system testing tools
- Excellent command of both Greek and English
