CareerFinders is assisting a well-established real estate development and construction company in recruiting a Construction Site Foreman for their growing team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will focus on quality control, site coordination, progress monitoring, and compliance, ensuring all construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and Cyprus regulations. Applicants should have at least 3 years of proven experience in construction site supervision in Cyprus, possessing strong technical knowledge of concrete, structural works, architectural details, and finishes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are mandatory for this role. The company offers an attractive remuneration package, including a Provident Fund, 13th salary, and car and mobile phone allowances. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.
