    About the Role

    CareerFinders is seeking a Corporate Consultant for an established provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services in Nicosia. The role involves managing corporate administration, company formations, and compliance matters, while providing ongoing support to a portfolio of international clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a relevant role within a Corporate Service Provider or Law Firm, possessing sound knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and corporate compliance.     Responsibilities

    • Manage company incorporations and ongoing corporate administration.
    • Prepare and submit statutory filings and corporate documents.
    • Maintain corporate records, registers, and compliance documentation.
    • Conduct AML/KYC due diligence procedures.
    • Assist with bank account openings and corporate changes.
    • Liaise with clients, banks, regulators, and external service providers.
    • Attend client meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
    • Support the team with corporate, administrative, and compliance-related matters.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in Corporate Administration, Corporate Services, Fiduciary Services, or a similar role.
    • Good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and corporate compliance.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
