About the Role
CareerFinders is seeking a Corporate Lawyer for a leading Legal and Corporate Services provider in Larnaca. The successful candidate will primarily focus on drafting and reviewing agreements and resolutions, as well as assisting with due diligence and AML compliance. This role requires a legal degree and membership with the Cyprus Bar Association. Familiarity with the Cyprus corporate and regulatory framework is highly desirable, and strong English communication skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and resolutions
- Assisting with due diligence and AML compliance procedures
- Maintaining company registers and records in line with legal requirements
- Handling the incorporation and management of Cyprus and foreign companies
- Preparation and filing of corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, minutes, annual returns, etc.)
- Liaising with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, banks, and other authorities
- Supporting senior team members on corporate and regulatory matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Qualified Lawyer (Cyprus Bar Association)
- Prior experience in a corporate department
- Familiarity with Cyprus corporate and regulatory framework is highly desirable
- Knowledge of AML and compliance obligations will be considered an advantage
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
