The successful candidate will manage freight bookings, ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments, and serve as the primary customer contact. This role involves monitoring and coordinating the end-to-end shipping process, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The client is looking for candidates with a degree in a relevant field and at least 2+ years of customer service experience. Understanding of freight forwarding and/or shipping operations is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
