About the Role
Epiphaniou is seeking a Customer Service Officer for its Distribution Center in Nicosia. Responsibilities
- Telephone communication with customers to schedule deliveries
- Close cooperation with sales departments for customer delivery needs
- Communication with the loading supervisor and transporters regarding the correct and timely delivery of orders
Requirements
- High school or Technical School graduate
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of computer and Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- University degree or relevant experience will be considered additional qualifications
