About the Role
CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, an Online Company specializing in the Sports Betting industry, is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their expanding Call Centre based in Nicosia. The successful applicant should possess a minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a similar Customer Support role and be able and willing to work on rotational shift patterns, although no night shifts apply. The shift patterns are from 07:00 to 15:00 and/or from 15:00 to 23:00, with double pay offered for working on Public Holidays. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek & English is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls
- Ensure clients receive a high level of support and service
- Consulting clients by email and live chat
- Client document verification, including KYC
Requirements
- Fluency in written & spoken English and Greek is essential
- Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a significant advantage
- 6+ months of previous experience within a Customer Support role is a must
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience with computers and software applications
- Good typing skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Punctual, hardworking and reliable
- Willingness and ability to work on rotational shift patterns (no night shifts)
