About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of high-quality, fully tailored turnkey gaming platform solutions for the online casino and sports industry since 2012, is rapidly growing. They offer services including Operations, CRM, Licensing, Platform Services, Player Management, Payment Processing, and Customer Care, supporting over 80 established partners. Licensed in the U.K. and Malta, with offices in Cyprus and Israel, they are known for delivering cutting-edge technology and strong operational support. They are now seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system and e-mail
- Answering clients’ requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customers’ satisfaction
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs
- Maintaining professionalism in all instances
Requirements
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent command of the English language
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
- European citizenship
