    About the Role

    Our client is a newly established proprietary trading firm operating as an AI-first data organization. Rather than simply using AI tools, they embed AI across their entire workflow — from infrastructure and data pipelines to predictive analytics and reporting. They are looking for an analyst who can own the full journey: translating business questions into structured analysis and delivering clear, actionable insights that drive decisions.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute data initiatives that define data culture from day one
    • Build and maintain scalable infrastructure (BigQuery, Metabase, Mixpanel)
    • Partner with Product and Marketing to turn complex data into growth drivers
    • Leverage AI to enhance analytical capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in analytical roles (B2C/Product/Marketing)
    • Ability to decompose business problems into SQL logic and data models
    • Hands-on experience working with AI as a collaborator to speed up execution
    • Trading or Fintech experience is a significant advantage
