About the Role
On behalf of our client, a regulated financial services firm, Work Channel is recruiting a hands-on Digital Marketing Generalist to support brand development and customer acquisition across multiple channels. The role focuses on scaling organic and owned marketing channels through content, targeted campaigns, customer reviews, and referral programs, while leveraging AI tools daily to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and support scalable operations. The successful candidate will also manage compliance oversight for financial promotions, coordinate affiliate support, and track full-funnel performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, content, social media, email/CRM, paid channels, and partnerships
- Manage the editorial and content calendar covering market commentary, educational guides, and platform updates
- Develop lifecycle email marketing and in-platform messaging for onboarding, activation, and retention
- Grow organic brand presence, customer reviews, and ratings on platforms such as Trustpilot
- Leverage AI tools daily to generate copy, creative assets, translations, and landing page variations
- Automate reporting and marketing processes using reusable AI prompts and workflows
- Ensure all marketing assets comply with regulatory guidelines and maintain compliance approval records
- Prepare marketing collateral, landing pages, and tracking links for affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
- Monitor user acquisition funnels from visit to KYC approval, FTD, and retention while tracking CAC
- Execute A/B testing on landing pages, onboarding journeys, and messaging
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience within the Forex or CFD brokerage industry
- Experience at a regulated broker licensed by CySEC, FCA, ASIC, FSC Mauritius, or equivalent
- Demonstrable daily use of AI tools in marketing workflows and content creation
- Hands-on execution experience across at least three marketing channels (SEO, content, CRM, paid, affiliate)
- Working knowledge of financial promotion regulations, risk warnings, and bonus restrictions
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as GA4 and funnel performance tracking
- Strong written English and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within a lean team
