About the Role
CareerFinders is seeking a Digital Media Sales Executive for a rapidly expanding Group of Companies in Paphos. The role involves generating new business opportunities by contacting businesses and potential advertisers to offer high-quality leads and meet sales targets. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, with previous experience in the online marketing industry being an advantage. Excellent English communication skills are essential, with additional languages considered a plus. The position offers an attractive remuneration package, including performance-related bonuses, medical insurance, and a provident fund.
Responsibilities
- Contact businesses and potential advertisers to provide high-quality leads.
- Meet sales targets.
- Identify, suggest, and test new flows based on advertisers’ needs.
- Account development by identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
- Analyze marketing and sales data for insights and improvements.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Conduct split tests to refine strategies and improve results.
- Maintain relationships with current marketing partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at conferences and events occasionally.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in the online marketing industry (advantageous).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of other languages (advantageous).
