    About the Role

    CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Data Center and Cloud Hosting Provider with expanding operations in Cyprus, is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (DevOps) for their team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will be actively involved in building and managing automation pipelines for both internal and customer-facing tools. You will play a hands-on part in bringing new products from idea to production, collaborating closely with the network, support, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess over three years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or full-stack role, preferably within a hosting, cloud, or data center environment. Key technical skills include scripting with Bash or Python, familiarity with a web development stack like PHP/Node.js/Python and React/Vue, and experience with virtualization and containerization.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain internal tools, customer portals, and automation across front-end and back-end code
    • Build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure behind the company's hosting services
    • Design and run CI/CD pipelines for internal applications and services
    • Automate server provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle tasks using infrastructure-as-code
    • Integrate with and extend platforms such as Virtualizor, cPanel/WHM, and billing/CRM systems
    • Harden systems and applications through patch management, firewall configuration, and secure coding practices
    • Contribute to the development of new commercial products from prototype to production
    • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and documentation
    • Collaborate with network, support, and sales teams to deliver tailored customer solutions

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or full-stack engineering role
    • Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/Debian or RHEL-based)
    • Experience with at least one scripting language (Bash, Python)
    • Experience with at least one web development stack (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, JavaScript/React, Vue)
    • Hands-on experience with virtualization (KVM/QEMU) and containerization (Docker)
    • Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
    • Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL) and REST APIs
    • Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
    • Excellent communication skills in English
