About the Role
CareerFinders is seeking a Global Treasurer for an integrated digital platform expanding operations in Cyprus. Based in Nicosia, the successful candidate will manage accounts payable, process expense entries in Oracle NetSuite, conduct cash flow analysis and financial reconciliations, and generally support global financial operations from Cyprus. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, proven experience with accounts payable and financial reconciliation, and fluency in English. Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Recording and classifying expenses in Oracle NetSuite
- Managing the full accounts payable cycle (invoice receipt, validation, and payment to vendors)
- Preparing and monitoring cash flow analysis (forecast vs. actual)
- Financial reconciliation between bank statements, corporate cards, and the accounting system
- Supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports for management
- Identifying discrepancies and proposing corrections/adjustments
- Supporting internal and external audits related to accounts payable
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience with accounts payable and financial reconciliation
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable
- Experience in payments companies, fintechs, or international environments is a plus
- Experience with multi-currency/multi-entity accounting will be considered an advantage
