This Head of Enterprise Architecture role is responsible for shaping and overseeing the company's overall architecture strategy, spanning business, applications, data, integration, platform, cloud, and security. Acting as the senior architectural authority for the organization's key transformation programme and shared digital capabilities, the role ensures that business and product strategy are translated into clear architecture roadmaps, standards, and reusable design frameworks. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on enabling delivery rather than creating bottlenecks, providing teams with practical guidance, resolving cross-functional design decisions, and maintaining consistency across products, platforms, and systems.
