About the Role
CareerFinders is seeking an iOS Developer for a versatile and innovative technology company based in Nicosia. This company provides digital transformation solutions for financial institutions globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of iOS mobile applications. Applicants should possess a degree in a relevant field, proven experience in iOS app development with SwiftUI knowledge, and a strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle. Familiarity with RESTful APIs is also required. An attractive remuneration package, including a 13th salary and Provident Fund, is offered.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Diagnose performance issues and fix bugs to increase functionality and performance
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in iOS app development
- Knowledge of SwiftUI
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of secure coding practices
- Technical analysis and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies
