This role involves maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including PCs, servers, network, and security hardware, as well as troubleshooting issues. The successful candidate will perform updates, backups, and upgrades, oversee Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 environments, and manage user accounts and security permissions. Other duties include maintaining equipment inventory, communicating with vendors, supervising IT project implementations, and assisting with IT security policy enforcement and audits.
