About the Role

Our client, a multidisciplinary design consultancy with 15 years of experience delivering major projects in London and extensive international expertise in architecture, project management, and real estate investment advisory, is seeking a Junior Architect to join their team in Limassol to remain with them for the future and build her/his career with them. This role offers an opportunity to assist senior architects, contribute to design development, and work on diverse projects while ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in creating design concepts and detailed plans

Prepare and update blueprints using CAD software

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet project goals and deadlines

Help document construction progress and ensure compliance with designs

Develop renderings and visual aids for client presentations

Ensure designs comply with current building codes and standards

Assist in choosing sustainable and cost-effective materials

Compile accurate documentation for building permits

Facilitate communication and integrate feedback into designs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)

Familiar with 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)

Understanding of design principles and ability to create architectural drawings

Basic understanding of building codes and construction regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with teams and clients

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under guidance of senior architects

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
