About the Role
CareerFinders, on behalf of their client, a boutique Legal Firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, is seeking to recruit a Junior Associate Lawyer to join their growing Corporate & Commercial Team. As a Junior Associate Lawyer, you will work under the guidance and supervision of more experienced Lawyers. This role involves drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, assisting with the incorporation of companies, and maintaining close communication with clients and associates. The firm is seeking individuals with a Law degree and recent qualification from the Cyprus Bar Association. Fluency in both Greek and English is essential, along with a strong desire to build a successful career in the legal field.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Incorporation of companies.
- Drafting legal letters and opinions.
- Communication with clients and associates.
Requirements
- An LLB in Law from a reputable university. Holders of an LLM are encouraged to apply.
- Newly/Recently qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Good drafting skills.
- The ability to conduct legal research.
