The successful candidate will provide technical support, assist with IT system maintenance, and learn to manage various IT infrastructure tasks. Working closely with Senior Engineers, this role involves assisting with system installations, troubleshooting, and IT service management to ensure the smooth operation of both internal and client IT systems. Applicants should possess a degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in an IT support role. A basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles is essential, along with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
