Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand clients’ recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Source and attract suitable candidates through job boards, social media, databases and other channels
- Advertise vacancies and use creative sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
- Review CVs and applications and assess candidates against job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
- Match candidates with suitable career opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients
- Assist in negotiating and finalising employment offers
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records
- Handle the necessary day-to-day recruitment administration
- Work towards individual and team targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business
Requirements
- Native/Fluent English and Greek
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, HR, Recruitment or Account Management will be considered an advantage
- A degree in HR, Marketing, Business or another relevant field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A confident, positive and pleasant personality
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working towards targets and motivated by achieving results
- Genuine interest in people, business and building relationships
