About the Role
Stelmeco Ltd, part of the Epiphaniou Group of Companies, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual for the position of Production/Warehouse Manager at its facilities in Agios Sylas. This role involves overseeing warehouse and production operations, coordinating orders and deliveries, managing inventory, ensuring equipment maintenance, and handling health and safety matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and team leadership, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the warehouse and production
- Organization and coordination of orders and deliveries to customers
- Correct implementation of procedures for receiving and arranging goods
- Responsible for regular inventory checks and correct stock updates
- Arrangement of preventive maintenance of factory equipment and issuance/renewal of operating certificates
- Responsible for Health and Safety issues
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be considered an additional asset
- Experience in warehouse organization and management, ideally in a processing unit
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and take initiatives
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English
- Excellent computer skills
