About the Role
ENGINO is looking for a Logistics and Sales Administration Officer in Limassol to coordinate customer orders, logistics, export documentation and sales administration, working closely with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses and the Sales Team. ENGINO designs and manufactures award-winning educational construction systems that help children aged 4–15+ build 21st-century skills — computational and critical thinking and problem-solving — through creative construction, robotics programming and scientific experimentation. The company holds multiple patents and international awards, including the "Best Place to Work" certification. Package: €1,500 – €1,900 gross per month plus a 13th salary. 5 days per week, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping and export documentation
- Process customer and e-shop orders from receipt to dispatch
- Coordinate local and international shipments and resolve logistics issues
- Ensure customs and commercial documents comply with trade rules
- Monitor external warehouse and Amazon inventory
- Handle customer enquiries and order issues
- Support the Sales Team with listings, samples and customer requests
- Maintain records, reports and ISO documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Master's in Management or MBA an advantage
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English and Greek
- Excellent MS Office and accounting software skills
- Team player who also works independently under deadlines
