About the Role
Join P.K. Myriam Trading Ltd as a Mechanical Engineer and become a key technical point of contact for customers using professional woodworking machinery. This is an on-site, hands-on role combining mechanical engineering, customer support and after-sales service. You will help customers get the best from their equipment through expert guidance, installation support, preventive maintenance and practical problem-solving. Knowledge of electrical engineering will be a strong advantage when diagnosing and supporting modern machinery. The company sends its engineers abroad for training: you will travel overseas for full specialist training arranged and paid for by the employer, so you learn the machines from the people who build them. You will also be given a company phone, and after the initial training period there is the possibility of a company car.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and practical guidance to customers
- Support the installation and commissioning of woodworking machinery
- Carry out preventive maintenance and after-sales service
- Diagnose mechanical issues and support electrical troubleshooting where needed
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers through responsive service
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Working knowledge of electrical engineering
- Practical, customer-focused approach to technical problem-solving
- Good communication skills in Greek and English
- Willingness to travel abroad for the company's training programme
