About the Role

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• Serving as the company's official representative in the jurisdiction and signing corporate documents and contracts that have been prepared and reviewed in advance
• Taking part in KYC and onboarding procedures with banks and company partners
• Participating in organizational matters in coordination with the company's legal and operations team
• Keeping regular and open communication with the team
• Legal status and what to expect:
• You will be formally appointed as a director under a written agreement service agreement, and your name will appear in the public company registry
• You will review every document before signing and may ask questions at any time
• Access to company bank accounts: no
• D&O insurance: provided
• You are welcome to have the agreement reviewed by your own legal counsel before signing

Requirements

• Residency in an EU country and a valid EU passport
• Experience in IT, digital business, or finance (manager, operations specialist, marketer, etc.)
• English B2 or above
• Willingness to pass standard KYC / due diligence checks
• Clean legal and credit history
• Understanding of the responsibilities of a company director (or readiness to learn them)
