About the Role: We’re looking for a Non-Executive Director/Advisory Board Member within a specific jurisdiction, taking part in organizational and administrative matters: signing documents, liaising with banks and partners on behalf of the team. The role offers a flexible format of involvement, along with support from our internal legal and operations team.
Responsibilities
- Acting as an official company representative within the relevant jurisdiction, including signing corporate documents, contracts, and other business papers on behalf of the team
- Maintaining business communication and liaising with banking institutions and company partners
- Participating in organizational processes related to the company's ongoing activities, in coordination with the internal legal and operations team
- Maintaining open and regular communication with the team to ensure smooth collaboration at every stage
Requirements
- Residency in an EU country
- Experience working in IT, digital business, or finance (manager, operations specialist, marketer, etc.)
- Professional level of English (B2 or above)
- Valid passport as an EU citizen/resident
