About the Role
The Organization for Adults with Disabilities “Agios Stefanos” is seeking dedicated and qualified Nurses for positions in the provision of Nursing Care Services. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, addressing health needs, scheduling examinations, defining individual therapeutic plans, and ensuring personal hygiene and medication adherence for residents. Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care
- Addressing health needs of individuals and referral to specialists
- Scheduling examinations & prescriptions for residents
- Defining individual and therapeutic plans for residents
- Nursing interventions aimed at personal hygiene
- Adherence to medication
- Hygiene, care, accident prevention
- Monthly inspection of the pharmacy to ensure its completeness & replenishment
- Collaboration with doctors of various specialties to promote the health of residents
- Feeding and accompanying the patient
- Taking a history and measuring vital signs
- Changing wounds
- Recording daily accountability
Requirements
- Graduate of a relevant school
- License to practice a profession
- High sense of responsibility
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to work in flexible hours/shifts
- Good knowledge of Greek and/or English
- Driver's License
