About the Role
CareerFinders, on behalf of a Global Trading company specializing in the supply of premium brands to B2B customers worldwide, is seeking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for dealing with suppliers, handling logistics requirements, processing commercial invoices and orders in the internal ERP system, and generating reports for Management as required. The client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role, outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, and strong knowledge of MS Excel. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with the suppliers and handling logistics requirements
- Processing commercial invoices and orders to clients in the system
- Generating reports for Management as and when required
- Monitoring internal data
- General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience within a demanding, administrative-focused position is a must
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required
- Ideally educated to Degree level in Business Administration or a related field
- Any previous experience with Logistics/Purchasing/Shipping will be considered an advantage
- Any basic bookkeeping knowledge will be considered a plus
- Excellent administration and time management skills
