About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of high-quality turnkey gaming platform solutions offering fully tailored services for online casino and sports operations worldwide, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Player Relationship Officer to join their team in Larnaca. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding responsible gaming procedures, monitoring player activity, and proactively engaging with players across multiple channels while working within an established shift rotation.
Responsibilities
- Applying responsible gaming procedures according to regulations
- Being vigilant while reviewing player accounts to ensure responsible gaming
- Applying RG regulations in a timely manner following internal procedures
- Ensuring responsible gaming events are properly handled
- Expanding players game play activity
- Proactively contacting potential players
- Initiating player interaction over live chat, email, and phone
Requirements
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation (08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00, 00:00-08:00)
- Experience preferred but not mandatory (gaming background is a strong advantage)
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- European citizenship required
